Respectful and Professional Conduct
Kairo is a professional financial education community. All members are expected to interact respectfully, courteously, and professionally. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, insults, or abusive language directed at other users. Disagreement is welcome; personal attacks are not. Treat fellow community members as you would like to be treated.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from: posting spam, scams, or fraudulent content; engaging in market manipulation or pump-and-dump schemes; promoting unlicensed financial products or services; presenting unlicensed financial advice as personalized advice; engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior; posting defamatory or false information; promoting illegal activities; sharing explicit or graphic content; or spreading misinformation about securities, cryptocurrencies, or other financial instruments.
No Unlicensed Financial Advice
Community members without proper licensing should not present themselves as financial advisors or offer personalized investment recommendations. Community discussion and idea sharing are encouraged, but users should clearly indicate they are not providing licensed financial advice and that recipients should consult with qualified professionals. Violators may be permanently removed from the community.
Market Manipulation and Pump-and-Dump Schemes
Any attempt to artificially inflate or deflate the price of a security or cryptocurrency for personal gain is strictly prohibited. This includes coordinated buying campaigns, misleading promotional posts, or spreading false information to drive prices. Pump-and-dump schemes are illegal and will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Content Moderation and Enforcement
Kairo reviews all community content for compliance with these guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content, edit comments, hide discussions, or delete posts that violate these standards. Repeated violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the community.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the report feature on the Platform or by emailing community@kairo.dev. Include specific details and a link to the violating content. Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially. We appreciate community members' help in maintaining a respectful, professional environment.
Temporary Suspension and Permanent Removal
First-time minor violations may result in a warning. Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension (typically 7-30 days), during which the user cannot post or engage in community discussions. Severe violations—such as harassment, market manipulation, or promoting scams—may result in immediate and permanent removal from the Platform without refund.
Right to Modify Guidelines
Kairo reserves the right to modify these Community Guidelines at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
Privacy in Community Discussions
Do not share other users' personal information, private messages, or sensitive data without consent. Do not doxx (publicly reveal) other users' real identities if they wish to remain anonymous. Violators will face suspension or removal.
